    We were NOT HAPPY at all with our stay at this OYO hotel in Redwood Falls, ** !!!!! My sister put 2 rooms on her credit card and the rooms were disgusting . One was barely cleaned ,the other was not cleaned at all. My niece had to get a new set of sheets at 10PM and change the sheets herself. The sheets were torn, stained and had body hair in them in both rooms. Some of the pillows smelled like bad BO/sweat. There were crumbs and filth on the end tables. We had to clean ourselves before using anything. The mirrors were smeared all over. There was hair and whiskers in the sink and tubs. There was one poor gal who is 7 months pregnant trying to do all the jobs from taking care of breakfast, registering visitors, checkout, maid service and laundry. She was doing her best but she needs much more help. There was never anyone at the front desk. When we went for breakfast, just about everything was gone and no one to be found. Finally the same gal who was doing everything else made us some coffee. You need to either find multiple additional employees or close down because this is NOT good business practices. By the way, the outside of the building immediately should have told us to stay away. But unfortunately for us, we thought we'd give it a try. What a mistake!!!!! They should be embarrassed to have your name associated with this building and should not be open until it is much more presentable. I see a previous review from 2020 where the health **** was contacted and they said the place should be shut down soon. NOTHING has changed!!!
