      I was at the UT state fair on September 13, 2024 and I bought the $40 heat pad for your neck and shoulders. I was sold when the sales lady told me she has arthritis and the heat pad stays hot all night. I have ******************** and felt I could benefit a lot from this. When I got home I tried it out clicked the button and it lasted only 20 minutes or less. I was frustrated, but thought Id just use it as an ice pack. The next morning I covered the pack with a towel and placed it in a boiling water (not a rolling boil just really hot) it took quite some time about ***** minutes to dissolve all the crystals. I then placed it on a cooling rack as instructed. When I went to get the pack to put in the fridge it was crystallized again. I thoughtmaybe I need to click the button when it comes out of the hot water. So again I placed it in a towel, put it in hot water again waited about ***** minutes. Took out the pack set it on the cooling rack, found the button pressed it and it started crystallizing immediately. So again I placed it in the towel, hot water this time it took less time because it wasnt all the way crystalized so about 15 minutes. I placed it on the cooling rack and when cooled a little I placed it in the fridge. The next morning I got it out of the fridge and I was excited to use it as a ice pack. The minute I took it out of the fridge it started to crystallize. Ugh! Its been extremely frustrating. I spent a lot of time yesterday melting down the crystals. And this morning when it started crystallizing the heat only lasted about 5 minutes. It was a very expensive heating pad my time and money was wasted. The sales person sold me false information by stating it stays hot all night. And how simple it is to use. This is a terrible product that preys on others who dont feel well. Shame on them for false information. Based on others complaints they are willing to send you a new one (if they contact you) but you need to pay shipping. Very dishonest company

      I bought a product from you can click it at the Fair in ************* and gel was leaking in the package by the time I got home. I have reached out through email that they provided to get an exchange of product. And no one has gotten back to me.
