  Working with Voyager has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a contractor. They were the low bid, so we obviously got what we paid for. Initially they told us the project would only take 2 weeks and be done in early May. They didn't complete our project until the first week of August. Their excuses for the delays ranged from blaming Home Depot for losing their order, to saying they couldn't get ahold of the City inspector - but the entire time, I repeatedly asked for the order numbers or tracking numbers, and permit information - all of which they refused to provide.
  I never trusted that they placed the orders when they said they did - and they eventually admitted that the delays caused by scheduling the inspector turned out to be because they hadn't paid for the permits yet - even though they had already started work.
  Jake and Josh would only show up to collect their money - and they would ask for a check before it was due per the contract. I felt like I had to question everything they told me and it seemed like they thought I was just ignorant and didn't understand the payment schedule.
  I would not recommend this company to anyone - they are unprofessional and extremely bad communicators. If they had overbooked themselves for our project - they should have just been honest with me about the delays - but instead they lied to my face and assumed I would trust them. I am SO happy to have this project complete so I never have to work with Voyager again.

  Voyager is my #1 go to for anything from small jobs to full home renovations. I have had them work on multiple properties for myself and they always stay on budget and I can rest assured the quality will be there. But most importantly I recommend them to my clients. When my reputation is on the line I can’t afford to have any missteps. Jake and Josh are two of the nicest guys you could hope to meet and I never worry about how they will treat my most valuable assets, my clients.

  Voyager did a bathroom remodel, installed tile throughout lower level. Pictures on website are before and after. Actually it shows beautiful tile, vanity, tub, toilet, walls. Superficially it looks beautiful and each of the elements shown were selected by me. Seemed nice. Worked seemed good. But the sad truth is we paid in cash at each step of the job, but found unpaid vendors and permits not finalized. Be warned and dont trust them. Attempts to rectify have not been successful. Theyve got nerve showing pictures of the bathroom when underneath is a shady company.
