      Have been with this bank for 20+ years and have yet to be approved for a loan. Like most banks, they only care about their money and nickel and dimming you. If you a single late payment in the last 10 years, you will be denied even a line of credit. Not sure how that is realistic in this day and age. It’s really sad and not community driven in the least which they claim is their motto.

      Think Bank people and processes continue to disappoint and show the lack of customer protection. A simple request to transfer money from one account to another person‘s account resulted in a transaction that was five characters to the left of the decimal point rather than three. This is astounding because there wasn’t an account that had that much money in it or available. TB will deny legitimate transactions or have the fraud alert department contact you for less than $10.00 transactions but they have no processes in place to prevent such an occurrence this. Furthermore, when you contact them, they sweep everything under the rug. No one acknowledges that they have a process problem, which tells you that they’ll never fix the problem and customers are unprotected. There is a simple fix in this technology sophisticated world. Such a transaction should never be allowed to process. Sending a message yield no reply. Calling the bank is extremely frustrating. All they try to do is sweep it under the rug. All of the accountability is placed on the receiving person in the sense that they have to repay whatever they spend. This is ridiculous. Furthermore, in order to process the transaction on Saturday, TB had to automatically increase the account by $xx,xxx.00 dollars. How can this possibly happen giving the recipient this ridiculous amt of money. Lastly, in the resolution the transaction is not listed in the history. There should be a debit and a credit in history. Nothing got fixed until both parties called the bank. Wow! Again, they don’t seem to be any processes to protect against these type of erroneous transactions real time. Bottomline is there is a huge difference between processes to control fraud versus simply processing of transactions, such as this.… Unbelievable! Customers beware…! Customers can receive fraud alerts any day of the week 24/7 but TB has no processes to monitor or keep these transactions from happening and resolve them immediately.
