      Signed contract with sales agent ******** in June 2022 for roof and gutter replacement after hail damage. Given verbal contract that work will be completed within 4-6 weeks. Seven weeks later followed up with ******** and reassured work would be done in September 2022. A few days past the promised date, called for follow up and was told that company was having material and shipping delays. Followed up 2 weeks later on progress. Initially offered roof replacement in the spring 2023 which we declined. Finally sub- contractors sent to home mid October to replace roof. Mostly well done except a few problem areas. After repeat calls to company eventually a quality assurance person was sent to inspect and fix identified problems. Roofing subcontractor removed gutters along one elevation. Assurances from *** R and ***** W that gutters would be replaced within a couple of weeks have not materialized. Called company expressing our concerns especially with the gutter missing along a heavy traffic elevation. Reassured by ******** that gutters will definitely be done before winter/ snowfall. Now 3 weeks later, we have snow. All attempts at email or phone communication have gone answered. Called main office for clarification. Still awaiting updates on plans.

      We are currently looking into both the current state of this project and also working to get to the bottom of any miscommunication that *** have taken place.  This matter currently has the full attention of the management staff.  We will respond further when we know what exactly happened and our with our plan on how to proceed. We remain dedicated to finishing this clients work as soon as possible to their satisfaction.
