      They got all my information. Told me everything was good, after getting the whole facts and then ignored me for 3 days and after multiple calls finally got to talk to someone and got the runaround. Dont recommend using this credit union.

      Hello ******, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience. We understand your frustration with the timeline for your loan application to be processed and want to provide some clarity. Upon review, our records indicate that your loan officer reached out on the same day we received your application (Thursday afternoon), followed up the next day (Friday) to request additional information, and then provided a final determination on Monday. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the wait over the weekend while our office are closed.  Additionally, our AVP of Retail Experience will be reaching out to discuss your experience further and to address any other concerns you may have. Thank you for again for sharing your concerns.
