    Roughly 6 months ago I purchased some tanning bed sessions from ReVitalight for about $125 and it was for 10 tanning sessions. I could have bought fewer but the more you buy the better the deal and I was promised they would never expire. I only used one of my 10 sessions before the store had packed up and moved to a new location. At the new location they are claiming to not offer tanning bed sessions and I am have trouble getting a hold of them to figure out what I can do because you can only go there by appointment only. I am sure I am not the only person who got taken by this because my wife also had some sessions left

    Complaint is against a former tanning salon that closed back in April 2023.  All tanning clients were given prior notice of the closure.

    ReVitalight Therapy & Skincare is a skin spa that shared leased space from the tanning salon and has no direct affiliation with the tanning business.  This same response was given to the complainant on June 11, 2024.  The tanning salon was a separate corporation or business entity that went out of business.  ReVitaSPA does not have any client records of prior purchases, nor do we offer UV Tanning services.

    ReVitaSPA moved locations April 2023, and was sold almost a year later in March 2024. We are not able to issue a refund for tanning services that we did not collect monies for, have no client or purchase records for, for services that we do not offer, or a company that we have no affiliation with.
