  Recently Aaron W****** of Haley performed excellent maintenance work on our Mitsubishi ducted central air inverter heat pump split system. Previously Aaron was instrumental in the proper installation of a tall Mitsubishi air handler (industrial version PVA-A36AA7) in a tight vertical space in our 8-foot-tall utility room. He has earned our high respect for his unique knowledge and diverse working experience, including working with Mitsubishi inverter heat pumps. He is professional, pleasant to work with, and an effective communicator. He also pays close attention to the details of his work. For example, after he inspected of our duct system, he recommended a duct cleaning and specified the use of a custom adapter (9x9 square to 8-inch round) because our ducts and the cover for the square opening of the duct have sound-reducing liner installed. We are fortunate to have access to the highly skilled work of Aaron from Haley.

  We were very impressed with every interaction we had with the staff at Haley. We were looking to (1) tear out an orange brick fireplace wall and replace it with a lighter colored stone and (2) replace a wood burning fireplace with a gas one. The design people including Ami, who helped us with lighting, were very helpful even when we came back repeatedly with questions. And by the time the project was complete, we were blown away by the professionalism and skill of every employee of this company. They worked quickly and professionally and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We're very happy we chose Haley after having explored a number of other possibilities. Tom Haley himself ended up managing the project and could not be more pleased with the results. We love our fireplace and wall!

  We’ve had nothing but excellent service using Haley. From the installation process to the maintenance process and everything in between. All the technicians have been outstanding but I still have to give special mention to Aaron ******* who remains Haley’s most valuable employee in my opinion. He consistently goes above and beyond and is impressive in his dedication, friendliness and knowledge. We get on Aaron’s schedule six months in advance to make sure we have his skills for the winterization and spring start up. It seems like everyone is figuring that out as he’s one of their most in-demand employees. That being said, the staff that operate the phone and all other employees we’ve interacted with are the reason we stay with Haley and recommend them to all our friends and family. One last note - our house was hit by lightning a few years ago and it took our entire HVAC system. It was in mid July and incredibly hot. This was during the pandemic and equipment was in short supply, took months to arrive and incredibly hard to find. Tom Haley, on hearing about our situation gave us his own unit that was set to be installed in his home! Within 48 hours of the initial strike, we were up and running. That is truly outstanding customer service!

  Great company so far! Worked with Peter and Nathan, both great guys. Walked us through all the details on what was happening, when, and how. They scheduled all the inspections and rebates for us so they're was no stress on our side. Looking forward to the 2 week follow up.

  I was very lucky this July to have Joshua H. come to check my AC. He was professional, helpful, and attentive towards me and my questions. He explained all he did in language I could understand. He even offered information on what I could do to keep the AC running better. I look forward to working with Joshua H. again!

  In 2016 Haley installed a ********** split-type air conditioner, part of which was not according to manufacturer specifications. The system did not perform as we were told it should before we bought it. We finally hired another contractor to get answers to questions that Haley didn't answer. The other contractor told ** the branch box was incorrectly installed. Haley did come out and reinstalled the part that was not in compliance. This year the work that had been done at the branch box developed a leak which caused the system to fail. Haley refused to have a service person come out and look at the problem. We had to spend over a thousand dollars to have another contractor repair the system.
