    On August 28th they did a plumbing repair. on August 31st it was found by home owner that the plumbing was faulty and was leaking water into the house. Company came and fixed the leak on the 31st. They still have not fixed the damage caused by leak.

    As of 12-4-24 the repairs to the home have been completed. K&S paid for all of the repairs and to have the carpets cleaned. I have made a gesture to reduce the original plumbing repair bill by $200 as an act of good faith.

    I believe the situation has been resolved.

    06 22 is the date. ***** heating and coolant came out for my hot water which they installed in 2016. They looked at it confused and left saying I was rude because I asked questions.are they going to order the part and fix my hot water heater or not. Do I have to call a competitor..

    We were unable to obtain the part you needed last evening because **************** was closed. If you agree to repair the water heater we should have you up and running today. My CSR representative said you were going to decide if you want to go with a repair or replacement and call us back.

    I received a text message stating your technician was on the way at 4:02pm last Friday. I rushed from ********** to St **** only to find the technician ********************************* was not there. He showed up close to 5:30pm and did not do any testing even I specifically ask him to test the compressor motor and the capacitor. He refused to do any testing. He said he couldnt do anything anyway since it is after 5pm, instead he tried to sell me a new AC. I asked him if he knew he couldnt do anything after 5pm, then he showed up for a trip charge? I told him to leave without him doing anything. He did not demonstrate technical competency, nor willingness to work. All he was interested was the trip charge and a new AC.We have used K&S before and never had any problem paying them for their services. We were not happy with this service call and complained to the feedback link and called the *********** office to complain, and emailed and talked to ***********************, who claimed himself as the regional manager for the area. It turned out that *********************** came to my house two years ago and gave me a high quote for replacing a furnace, and I did not use his service at that time because his quote was not competitive. He obviously took it harshly and he refused to cancel the trip charge and provided me another high priced quote for replacing the compressor motor.We want: 1. K&S to cancel the trip charge of $129. 2. Provide W9 and proof of insurance to ****** HOA and perform the roof top fan replacement contract as signed.

    To Whom this may concern 

    The statements made by Ms. *** are not true and do not make sense. When ************** *** arrived on site the unit was missing parts and had wires cut by someone else that was there before us. Ms. *** said it was from the previous company that got mad because she did not pay them.  *** could not get the parts needed that evening because the supply house was closed. He recommended that due to the age of the unit, the fact that the unit was broken and also had been vandalized it might be a good idea to consider a new one vs. several repairs. We acted in good faith and have had at least 6 calls and emails from Ms. *** today making false accusations and cussing. We do not tolerate this unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour.        

    K&S is removing the bill of $129 for Ms. **** We are no longer interested in working with this person or providing any services on any of her properties.
