    Unprofessional Lack of transparency with regards to work to be completed and billing. Did not meet our expectations with regards to design and timing. Refused to refund money paid for incomplete work.

The purpose of the nonrefundable down payment (as stated in the signed Commitment document) determined by the estimated price range of your project that was discussed, was to cover the time it takes to design and plan a project before any construction begins. There is a great deal of work, research, and communication with subcontractors that goes on when planning for a remodel.As a General Contractor and Designer, it is our job to ensure our clients have a functional, properly executed space for years to come and thats what we were hoping to provide for your remodel. Its been proven that our clients appreciate the detailed Design-Build experience we provide, and it was our goal to provide the same for you. We were not trying to mislead you or ask for any more money than necessary. We are sorry things didnt work out the way you had hoped.Beyond Kitchens
