    1) One of the guys sent would often accidentally do my neighbors house even though my house has HUGE numbers above my garage door. 2) The plowed past the snow stakes halfway into the lawn. 3) After the above two incidents I requested the owner himself do it which he did. 4) *After* we had a big storm the owner doubled the normal price without having let the customer know the price would change for big storm. Then when I told him I'm paying the regular price because that's what was agreed on he called me an A hole and quit. 5) Overall bad communication - slow response times and the current owner (*****) plans on selling this business so maybe the next owner will know what they're doing. (Currently Feb 2023)
