    We recently bought a modular home, paid a good amount, through Homes of Harmony in ************, it was built by NorthStar System Build, it placed on site and we had issues that needed to be fixed. We did get some issues fixed but when we tried telling them about the issues with the outside of the house, they skirted the issue. A gentleman came out to fix 1 window, that we noticed when we checked everything over, and we told him about the others, but he didn't even listen to us. We still have some issues with the windows and sliding door has gaps between the frame. I do have pictures of the windows and sliding door with issues(unable to upload the pictures). I'm very unhappy with the way we were treated, it took them past the 30 days to finish up and us to be able to move in. We had to call them and remind then that it was past the 30 days to finish the work for us to move in. We would love for them to fix the issues with the windows and sliding door so we can't see the insulation.I also want to make ********* aware of the bad workmanship that was done on the shingles of our house. We had to put a steel roof over the top of the shingles as they were not attached to the roof correctly. The gentleman who did our roof said he could grab the bottom of the shingle and pull a sheet of them off the roof. I do have photos that I was unable to upload to this complaint. That would have been bad in a wind storm, we would have lost shingles and then the house would have leaked. They need to take ownership of their workmanship or they are going to have more issues with other homes.

    Thank you for sharing your comments.  Our team is sorry to hear that the move-in time frame did not align with your expectations.  When working with numerous contractors, including ones hired by the customer, and the Factory where the home was built, delays can sometimes happen.

    We aim to provide exceptional service and are disappointed to hear that after 8 trips to your home by us and the Owner of NorthStar Systembuilt, you are not satisfied.  We have on file a letter signed by you on May 2, 2024 stating that final repairs were done to your liking.
