      I have lived at the flats on 5th since September of 2024. I have had bad bedbugs since since Ive moved in. I was not informed of this problem before move in. I have contacted the office multiple times to get pest control into my unit with no success. They ignore my phone calls and emails. I have been told on multiple occasions that pest control would be in to spray my apartment and nobody showed up. I was home from work on Wednesday 3/5/2025, while I was vacuuming my carpet, the corner of my carpet come up and I had discovered an infestation of bedbugs inside the carpet, on the hard floor and under the wall. I had called the office, they didnt answer my call but returned my call the following day, Thursday 3/6/25. Pest control was supposed to come to my apartment Monday 3/10/25. I was home for court and pest control never came in. I called the office and never received a call back, email, I have not gotten an explanation as to why they never came. I have 3 children 4 years and younger. They wake up every morning with bite all over them. I have also put in multiple maintenance requests with no response. Nobody has come in at all.

      Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention.  Im very sorry that you had a gap in communication with the site staff.  After investigating your complaint, it is my understanding that you have spoken with our Regional Manager and are satisfied with the course of action.  Please let us know if there are any further issues.
