    I cant say enough good things about working with Schmidt Carpentry. I truly dont think we could have survived building a new home with anyone else. ***** and ******* are the perfect mix of friendly and professional. I felt comfortable in knowing that they had things under control due to their excellent communication skills. In fact, our mortgage lender commented that they were the most organized contractors they had worked with, and he and also appreciated the fantastic communication. They were also very cognizant of our budget and made sure to understand our goals so we could achieve our vision without blowing the budget. Having contractors that really took the time to understand what we wanted and listened to us every step of the way was invaluable! Building a home is hard, but to say that we successfully built our dream home with these guys, would recommend them to anyone, and now call them friends, says a lot about the quality of their work and the type of people they are. If youre looking to build a new home, a deck, remodel, etc., these are your guys! Were so thankful for them and all their hard work, and we couldnt be happier with our beautiful home
