    Following 05/19/2022 hail storm damage within our townhouse association, Ronningen Roofing replaced the shingles along with new roof vents, gutters with leaf guards if istalled, downspouts, and any soft or questionable roof decking. After the initial work was completed and a private inspector hired to inspect Ronningen Roofing work on our townhouse, Ronningen Roofing had to pull up the new shingles in several places to replace roof decking, not replaced earlier. One sheet of roof decking was also cracked between rafters believe from dropping complete new shingle bundles on the roof decking shaking the whole house. Many of the roof air vents and or rooftop exhaust vent caps originally installed were wrong. On our townhouse, some of the new shingles had to be pulled up several times before the correct roof air vents and or rooftop exhaust vent caps were installed. Prior to Ronningen starting working on our roof, I had taken several pictures. 09/15/2022 after I was notified the original work was completed, I recognized a roof air vent was installed where a rooftop exhaust vent cap should have been installed because this is where our clothes dryer exhaust out on our upper roof. If it was not for my pictures, we could have had a potential fire situation because our clothes dryer exhaust was now a roof air vent preventing lint from escaping properly. After convincing the *******, it was replaced the same day but later on, had to be replaced again.10/14/2022 the gutters and downspouts replacement was replaced with the exception for the leave guards. Again I have pictures prior to any work was started indicating our unit did have leaf guards. For these reasons, I cannot recommend Ronningen Roofing.

    Got told 2 different times someone would be out to inspect our roof for weather damage and he never showed up either time. And when we called to ask what was going on he never answered or called us back. Very disappointed!

    What she says is true. Myself and my 4 sales staff try to handle ***** calls for action. They live on the fringe of our service area and had already scheduled an appointment with their insurance adjuster, so no matter what I said, saw, or did an adjuster was still coming. I tried to make it work when I was going that way but the stars didn't align. ***** has taken this very small incident and trashed my company on every platform she could. Its unbelievable that someone is so bothered. I've already apologized but it's not enough.
