      I was a 35 year customer of this place 2 new boats, many accessories, depth finders and trolling ********* last boat a 2021impact with 115 Evinrude and 9.8 kicker, not a small purchase. My first was a tyee with 100 HP Evinrude. Well the starter went out under warranty and he charged me 300 dollars to fix the old starter, said he owed me a new one. Then less then a month out of warranty 115 Evinrude scoured a couple cylinders. I hoped for some loyal customer help but was offered to rebuild old mother and with no warranty the service manager said. Many ******** dealers told me this was pretty sad. Then when I decided to go elsewhere I went to pick up my boat, they were anything but helpful or pleasant. As there was a weather alert for heavy rain coming I and the service manager to tell me where boat was so I could hook up before the rain. He wouldn't tell me that information despite several requests. Also a salesman who is a big fisherman like myself, stood across the counter and didn't say a word. Any other time we would have long conversations on fishing as it was both our passions. Not a word. Then I asked for the starter I was promised but that was declined. All the while I talked to the service manager who would disappear into the backroom and then come back with different offers if nothing.the worst is yet to come. As a torrential rain started another customer was aided in hooking up his boat by an employee who put on a rain suit. As I decided any attempt of any help , I decided it was useless. So in this torrential downpour the employee walked by me when I was headed to hook up my boat, and went into the business. I was completely drenched when I got my boat hooked up. By the way ,I'm 67 years old , back problems, two replacement knees to name a couple. If anyone thinks these actions aren't completely shameful, I will gladly tell you more if the story.
