My Sump pump stopped after hours and I emailed ******************* as well as leaving a phone message at the office. **** called me back (again it was after hours on his own time) and helped me figure out how to get it going again. Five stars is way too few for **************. His assistance after hours is way above and beyond what I expected. Would recommend this company at any time. I will also say that they pleased me when they put the pump in. They cleaned up and I must say the area was cleaner than when they started. The work was done with care and the workers appeared to take pride in their job.Thank you to a great company.

We had them come to level some concrete for our church entryway. The work got done, however, as the contact person was out with covid the day they completed the job and the check was to be sent, the work was done without a lot of attention to detail and a chip was put into one of the pavers where they were working. We paid a small additional charge for them to "seal" around a small cracked portion of a paver that was levelled, this only served to highlight that spot and looked worse than it had before. They came and took that off and cleaned up some of the foam that was still visible, but overall we were not particularly pleased with the end results. The levelling is fine where we needed it most but this job was not done carefully in my opinion. We will not recommend or call on American Waterworks in the future.American Waterworks

Had a radon abatement done and physical work was good. **************** is not what it should be. Was never notified that my radon test kit was not accepted due to missing information until I called in September. Work was done in June. Never received a reply from their service person after emails and phone calls were made. Tend to be on the pricy side.American Waterworks

Hi ******, I'm sorry for any miscommunication. In regards to the radon kit, that has to be sent in to a third-party lab and they only contact us with the results, so we were not aware.
