    I placed an order for 100 Welcome packets for $179.00 and shipping $13.00. The funds were pulled from the account on 30 April 2025. I tried calling but the message says to send an email to ******************************************************* due to COVID and no one would be able to answer the phone. Also, the voicemail was full. I emailed on 2 June 2025 and 10 June 2025. However, I have not received any response to my emails. I requested that the materials be sent or to refund the money.

    To Whom It May Concern:
    I apologize for the delay in the order, it looks like it was shipped out already, but after tracking the order it appears that it is currently being returned to sender for issues with delivery.  I am unclear to what the issue was as I have not received the package back.  I searched our email for the emails that were sent from the customer, however it looks like they were missed as they were delivered to our spam folder.
    If the customer would still like a refund of their order I would be happy to get that taken care of.  However, if they would still like their order I can re-ship it as soon as we receive it after verifying the shipping address.

    We placed an order with this company Jan. 16, 2024, and have yet to receive our order. Calls and emails to the company go unanswered.

    The Date of our transaction was 04/20/2023. We ordered product for our church service, the items we ordered were - Welcome packets for our visitors (quantity=100)- Invitational Leaflets (quantity=100 - The cost was $255.00 - Transaction number is 8nu32075j5094691j We have tried on multiple occasions (email, phone calls) to reach out to this company to check on the progress of our order. We cannot ever reach anyone by phone and none of our emails have been returned. The phone number does not allow you to leave a voicemail.The nature of this dispute is that we have given money for a product and have not received our product. The business has not at all tried to make contact with ** to let ** know the status of our order. There has been no contact whatsoever. Is this a legitimate business? It feels like we have been scammed. Just trying to find out what is going on.     Good Afternoon,

    After reviewing the order in question I looked back through our records and found that the emails from the purchaser were delivered into our emails spam folder. I also noted an email that was sent to the purchaser on April 21st informing them we were temporarily out of stock of our navy blue folders and giving them their options for an earlier delivery.  We did not receive a return email so we shipped out the order as soon as we had the product back in stock and it was delivered on June 2nd.  I have attempted to reach out to our customer since receiving the ******************** letter and hope to hear back from them soon to resolve any remaining issues.
