    ***** the groomer offered me 10% off for the referral I gave her, after I'd had my dog groomed there several times. ***** reneged on the 10% discount, instead she jacked the price up $10. When I questioned this, she proceeded to profusely insult me and my dog. She does not know how to be professional, and keep her word. ***** needs to be coached in how to be professional, how to keep her word, how to get return clients. She has poor client and business skills. Apparently the $8 was supremely important to her, so much that she was willing to lose a client who regularly tipped her 20%. She has lost my business. She can keep her $8.

    I worked at the front desk for a year. It seemed like a nice place at first but as months went on my eyes were open to how bad it really was. The corporation that bought TWR DOES NOT take care of the building or the employees. This caused a constant revolving door of staff starting and quitting. Unbeknownst to customers, their dog(s) spend a majority of their day (sometimes all day) in filthy kennels with empty water bowls due to lack of staff being able to open a playroom. When there is staff available generally ONE playroom is opened. There is no limit on how many dogs can be in one playroom at a time. 4lb dogs up to 100+lb dogs crammed in one room with only ONE staff member. I personally own 2 dogs and though I was an employee and could receive free daycare I wouldnt bring them there because its SO bad. In the past few months, ******* and other sicknesses have spread threw out the building and I wasnt allowed to inform owners. Dogs are NOT properly cared for at this place. Dogs were consistently being injured, dogs are walking around in filth, at times I saw dogs handled by frustrated staff way to roughly. I voiced my concerns to the general manager and regional manager multiple times and they simply did not care. My concerns were always met with well this place isnt making much money. Towards the end of my employment I felt guilty taking peoples payments knowing how their pet actually spent their day. I also felt like I was being dishonest working at a place I wouldnt even want my own dogs at.

    Has no concern for their employees or their pets. Just wants to make money. Hr is no help wad harassed for over 3 months by 3 girls. And hr kept saying they would do something then nothing. Me and other have quit due to being put into rooms with 40+ dogs. While others sit and do nothing. Along with days where we had no people and 50+ dogs to take care of. The place should be shut down for how dirty and disgusting the play rooms are. There's mold in the basement. And numerous (past) employees have told management and hr. They do nothing. Let alone management has a 20 yr old who let's those who become her friends get away with anything. Including drinking and/or sleeping on the job. Also alot of people sit on their phones in the play rooms and they aren't suppose to because of dog fights. And those break out. And said employees would not get in trouble because of the favoritism. Worst place I've ever worked. Over worked under paid. And honestly did alot of damage to my mental health. The best thing I did was leave. But I feel so bad for those poor dogs. Shut this place down!
