    I hired smart Box to store me my wife's belongings 9 boxes not all delivered at once we had one more ****** memorial weekend coming out they were supposed to pick up 2 boxes and leave to the other 2 were not full because the driver neglected to read the notes which there were 2 separate notifications they picked up the 2 that were not full therefore I had to leave a lot of belongings behind cost me money try to resolve it with smart Box Smart Box was not willing to work with me they were only gonna credit me a $140 dollars when it was probably right around 12 to $15000 where the stuff I left behind because of them picking up the 2 boxes that I specifically said were not full yet I had to leave stuff behind because of them and they are not willing to work with me on resolving the whole problem credit me a $140 for what I lost is based on it's basically rude slap in the face When it was their complete fault they had notes not to pick up the 2 and they had notes to contact me when they were on their way and they never contacted me and they picked up the 2 boxes that weren't even full yet I had to leave stuff behind that I paid for that I didn't want to leave because of them and they are not wanting to make it right or willing to make it right they keep telling me no no when it was their fault I'm paying them for boxes and then they're picking them up and they're not full yet when I told them not to and it was going into a holiday weekend memorial weekend therefore if they don't work on weekends and I had to be out by Sunday and this was a ******

    Our SmartBox driver did pick up all 4 boxes by mistake. We called Tuesday morning after the holiday to try to make it right and bring the 2 boxes back, that ********************** asked us to leave behind when we came to pick up the 2 full boxes. ********************** shared that he had already left the residence and "made things work".  We have offered to refund the $140.00 for ( 1 month fee for 2 )  , for the 2 boxes that were only partially filled and currently in our storage facility. We will credit an additional box for a total of $210.00 for 3 boxes as a good-will gesture for the inconveniences. we apologize for the error and appreciate the business from **********************.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    Yeah my dispute with smart Box is because they took 2 of my 4 boxes that I specifically told them to leave at my house because they weren't full they weren't full the lady at corporate that I talked to that took the order did many many notations on the work orders and so on 4th many notations do not take the boxes and for the driver to call me which none of the requirements and notations were red or met they completely failed me and I had to leave behind about 9 or 10 grand worth of stuff because they did that and it was going into a holiday weekend Friday afternoon on memorial weekend I had to be out of there Sunday locks were getting changed Monday morning Memorial Day smart Box said they couldn't do anything about bringing them back until Tuesday which wasn't helping me I tried to rent something but because everybody told me there is a lot of people moving and the holiday weekend that everything was booked so there was nothing I could do about it if they didn't take those 2 boxes I would have my stuff right now I don't think it's fair that I should only get accommodated $200 from them for losing about 9:10 grand worth of stuff I think that's completely unfair everybody's told me I should get the whole amount for 2 and a 1/2 months for free I was willing to negotiate anegotiate and split the cost **** whatever the total cost is And July when I'm not using the boxes anymore or I think that's fair considering what I lost $200 for them is a slap in the face to me

    We have tried to resolve by refunding a portion of his storage fees ( around $300 dollars ) We will not be compensating for goods that customer decided to throw away or give away, due to the driver mistakenly picking up 2 partially full boxes that customer had asked we leave behind for the weekend.
