    I bought a shower door and shower panel from The Shower Door Place on 1/2/20. The combination has leaked water on the bathroom floor from the day it was installed. After a couple of visits, they provided me with a number of plastic strips to minimize the leakage. The strips have never been a 100% solution. I have always kept a towel outside the shower to catch any water that *** escape. Now that the strips have deteriorated, I am back to my original problem - water leakage onto my bathroom floor. I have resorted to using a $10 shower curtain from ******* to keep water from leaking onto my floor. The first week of April, I sent them a letter for a resolution to my problem. Have heard nothing back from the. My preference is to have the shower door and panel removed and my purchase dollars returned to me ($2,162.50). Water on a bathroom floor is never good. Being the "experts", they should have never sold me this combination. I was sold something that I should never have bought. My next step is to present my problem to the ********* Attorney General for resolution. ***** appeared to be a nice gentleman but at this time he is totally ignoring me.
