This is a complete scam! The advertised a special on a 45 to 60 minute facial and a 15 minute consult. They left me in a bed in another area for a long while. They never even put a cape on me or washed my face. They put one lotion on and said it was $5,000! Then another lotion with no massage and no nothing. That was the end of the facial. Then they took me in the store and out a warm instrument on a small area of my face and said if I used it daily, I would have fewer wrinkles. They told me it sold for $10,000, but I could have it for $5,000. They kept pushing and pushing and came down to $1,200 and I said no. The person then put eye cream on my eye and kept pushing and pushing and then pleading with my to get the instrument. I bought the cream for $300. I told my family about my experience and they told me it was a scam and to return it. I went in a few days later and the store was not open, but the Mall was. I went in that following weekend on 2 different days and it was again closed. The next week, I called the ************ said their was nothing he could do. He told me to call ****** at customer service. I went back and forth with her and she would not refund the money even thought I had been to the store 3 times inside the return policy. I then called the store manager again who verified they were not open on the 2 days I was there and had closed early on the other one. He offered no help and said to call ****** again. ****** refused to refund me and said it would do no good for me to complain to the BBB because they were not one there. SCAM!

This business is a scam and the salesperson, ***** is a con artist. I was lied to about the product and pressured into buying the product. They have a small sign by the register that says that there are no refunds but they keep you at their station and do not let you pay by the register so you never see the sign. Youre unaware that this product is not returnable. I came back to the ******** minutes and realized that it was a scam. They would not refund the product.
