    As a seller, I sold my items normally on the Reverb platform and strictly followed the platform's standards to send and contact buyers for pickup. However, the buyer demanded a refund from me one day later. I tried to appeal to the platform, but the platform not only maliciously suspended my seller account, which prevented me from communicating with the buyer, but also turned a blind eye to my desire to recover my money. And I hope that the platform can take my request seriously and fully refund my money. In addition, the platform should pay me a certain amount of compensation for their negligence. I am very dissatisfied with this sale on the platform. The platform's negligence in protecting the rights and interests of sellers has caused me to spend a lot of time dealing with this issue. This has disrupted my normal life, and every time I think about it, I find it difficult to sleep. With no other options, I came here. I hope the association can help me protect my legitimate rights and interests as a platform seller and consumer. Thank you again

    ReVerb is a digital marketing agency all of our services such as link building, SEO Audits, and articles, are digital in nature and do not require a physical delivery. We do not sell other parties' goods or services. Also, most of our payments are done through Square or ****** which have very rigid refund policies if there is a dispute.

    ReVerb(www.reverbico.com) is not Reverb(www.reverb.com) Reverb is a marketplace for buying and selling old music equipment. ReVerb has no relationship with Reverb. Reverb, the music selling platform has numerous complaints against it similar to the one made here on other review platforms.

    This is a case of mistaken identity as ReVerb has no record of working with the complainant and what she describes is not the sort of business we conduct, it is however what Reverb does and the problem she describes they are kind of infamous for.
