    Tuesday 1/9/2025 my daughter who had hair past her hips/bottom walked into Model College of Hair Design, she had appointment for a trim. She walked out with hair above the middle of her back that was significantly uneven. When the facility was contacted the receptionist was dismissive stating it was just hair. When I asked to speak to the person in charge I was told to leave my name and number. I recieved a phone call just a bit ago from a woman stating that she was in charge and that these are just students practicing. She laughed when I asked if students are required to cut a straight line before being allowed to cut customer hair. I told her it was not funny. She said well these are students and they make mistakes and there is nothing that can be done other than your daughter coming back for it to be straightened.When she was growing up she told me that she was going to have long beautiful . What student ***** did to her hair and to then curl it so it didn't look uneven is apalling. This morning my daughter was unable to get her hair in a high bun, I was unable to get it to braid properly, as she was leaving the house she asked "mom am I still pretty?" "am I still strong?"It might be "just hair" to them but it meant far more to my daughter.
