      *************, location. We were told that ***** would sit down with us & go over our budget & pick out all the items for a new build. That never happened. ***** ordered stuff without giving us options, or quotes. My wife was told to pick out siding. She went to ****** & was given vinyl color swatches to take home. No options of style were discussed. I was out of town & told my builder not to put up the siding until I seen & approved it. A Week later we stopped to see the progress on the build. Another surprise, our windows had been trimmed out with white cedar. Yet, another item not approved or ordered by us. In July, ***** asked us to pick out the ************ door. My wife sent him a picture of the doors she had in mind, & said white. Few weeks later I asked my wife if she got a quote on the doors & if they were ordered. I said no,I just sent him a photo & said white & haven't heard from him since. Never asked if we wanted steel, wood, or fiberglass or if we wanted to order the exterior garage doors. I contacted *********** ordered 5 doors that cost almost *******. I almost shipped my pants. ***** spent our money, like it was his money.Doors were delivered, wrong color, wrong style. We went to ************************** told us the doors had been approved on 6/6. My wife said that is a mistake. He then raised his voice & talked over her as she offered to show him the message he sent in July. I noticed a man within ear shot shaking his head. ***** offered us white paint & suggested we paint the doors. We said no, it's the wrong ************** He told us it was a "big inconvenience" for him to send the doors back & he wasn't gonna "eat the cost". My wife said she was done with the ****************** needs to be a solution. He said he would ask the manager. I said get the manager. That is when I realized the man shaking his head was the manager. Not once did the manager come over to offer a solution. New doors are now ordered, terrible customer service! Don't go there
