    ** Sept of 2022 I contracted with ****'s Professional Cleaning for housecleaning. She was offering a BOGO special for purchasing 8 cleans and getting 8 for free. I paid her for these upfront as that was a condition of getting the discount. On Oct 14 the first cleaning was performed. On Nov 17 a cleaning was scheduled, however **** contacted me due to an issue and had to move the date to Nov 22. At that time, she offered me an additional BOGO deal for the purchase of 5 cleanings to get 5 more for free & I paid her in full. Cleaning occurred on Nov 22 and Dec 21. On the 21st, I purchased 14 more cleans - again paying in full. ****'s team performed cleanings on Jan 10th and Jan 24th. Her team was scheduled for 2 cleans in Feb, however none were performed due to scheduling issues and weather cancelations. ****'s contract states that when the business cancels a cleaning that it will be made ** in "approx 72 hours", in each instance of cancelation **** never reached out to reschedule when she said she would and cleanings were never made up in the noted 72 hours. The team was scheduled to come out on Mar 2nd, however they arrived 3 hours before the appointment time and were unable to clean. On March 7th, I paid for another 14 cleans. On April 7th the team was supposed to come out to clean, I messaged **** on the evening of the 6th to ask what time they would be arriving and was told they had had scheduling issues again and that I would need to reschedule. We agreed upon the team cleaning on the 14th of Apr instead. On the 13th I reached out to see what time they would arrive and was told that the team had COVID and wouldn't be coming. I have since asked **** for a refund for all prepaid & unused cleanings and have received no response. I have reached out by both text and phone call and received no response.I should not have to ask what time they will arrive in order to find out that they are not coming. I am requesting a refund for services not rendered.
