      We leased a construction drawing printer machine (plotter) from Marco technologies 4 years ago. This machine was faulty over the course of 4 years, and we've made several service calls with their technicians to have the machines fixed. We've purchased parts over the years which Marco has installed, and have had multiple IT companies work on the machine after all other resources with Marco were exhausted in an attempt to troubleshoot it. Marco technologies works with LEAF Capital Funding in order to finance the equipment, and when convenient they use each other to shift blame. Marco will ask us to speak with LEAF to resolve our financing concerns and LEAF will state that they are at no fault because it was Marco who leased us the machine. Over the course of 4 years we've spent somewhere in the realm of $10,000 for a machine that doesn't function at no fault of ours, and to top it all off, LEAF is asking that we now pay over $1000 in order to return the machine back to their distribution facility. We believe that this is abusive to our company, and borderline fraud as the machine never functioned and we believe this to be Marco's responsibility in this agreement between our companies. We would like to file a formal complaint against their company for the abuse we've endured over the last 4 years and both LEAF and Marco's inability to help reduce the impact this has had on our company whatsoever.

      Marco Technologies (Marco) has only had one service interaction with ETC Management ever - a service call on May 1, 2024. Marco replaced a print head and a cleaning unit for ETC Management's Canon wide-format printer. Because the customer had no service contract, they were correctly billed for parts and labor on the repair. They would have agreed to be charged for parts and labor before any repair began.

      Marco Technologies acquired Hunter Business Systems in October of 2023.  Hunter Business Systems sold the ***** printer to ETC Management sometime before they were acquired by Marco. Hunter Business Systems' records show two service calls for this printer - one in May 2021, and one in January 2023. No parts were replaced during either service call.  

      ETC Management financed the purchase of the printer by signing lease paperwork with ************ who was essentially the bank for the transaction.  Marco Technologies does not do any business with LEAF and has no relationship with them. The interaction that Marco's sales group has had with ETC Management was strictly to help them in their attempt to end their lease with LEAF.  LEAF is the one holding them accountable to the terms and conditions they signed with LEAF when purchasing the Canon printer from Hunter Business Systems.

      While we can sympathize with ETC Management, Marco has done nothing other than help them try to end their lease, which is with LEAF and not with Marco or the company Marco acquired, Hunter Business Systems. ************** never had a service contract or warranty for their Canon printer with either Marco or Hunter Business Systems. Ultimately any issues ETC Management has regarding their financing with LEAF is unrelated to Marco and completely out of our hands.

      We had leased a fax/copier machine from Marco. Paid all our bills. We returned the machine Oct 1,2021 and paid all remaining balances We have acknowledgement that all this was done properly and timely We have continue to get bills from the company. I have called many times to take care of this but to no avail The business was ************************************** which no longer exists Thank you for helping me with this situation
