      Brought in a $1500 Alienware laptop to have a fan replaced. A week later, they informed me that they did not order the part. They attempted to order the part then replaced that. After replacement computer would no longer work at all. Brought in power cord per their request and still would not turn on. Decided to call the computer dead. Brought in another $1500 Alienware laptop to swap out keyboards. Was told it would take 20 minutes. Ithas been four days. Still not completed. Now neither computer will turn on.

      I brought my PlayStation 5 in to them to get the **** port replaced. When I brought it in I didnt take the College Football 25 game out of my console. When I got it back my game was gone and they are telling me they have no record of it being there so they cant do anything I am 100% positive it was there and my mom went to bring the console back after they said they fixed it the first time. The guy took the disc out of the console and then placed it back inside. They basically were paid $40 for not even fixing my console and they took my game that was inside and say they cant do anything about it. Very sketchy business.

      We are truly sorry about the experience you have had. We typically leave discs in the drive if any unless we are working on the drive but had removed it in this case after the console was deemed irreparable for
      your convenience. Unfortunately the disc had fallen into an inconvenient spot which was discovered once we moved desk after several hours of searching. The disc has been returned and we hope this doesn't leave too bad of an impression. We will strive to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
