    VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE OLD LADY at the front desk in mornings.When asking simple questions at the front desk, the elderly lady is ALWAYS YELLING at your face and being disrespectful.Asking when maintenance is coming the elderly lady yells DOES IT LOOK LIKE THEY ARE HERE!? and prompts me to pry my door open when she has a manual key to easily open my door if I left and came back.Shes ALWAYS SPYING on guests from the front desk cameras and nit picking on little mistakes such as dust I left by the stairways.Shes not telling other guests to wipe their own foot prints after every step?Calling that I forgot an item in the fridge she YELLED through the phone for me to get it myself or theyll throw it away.And I believe she entered the room early before cleaners came to clean the room as Ive also left a tip in there.She proceeded to call me later and left a voicemail claiming I left pet pee and p*** everywhere and charging $50 fee on card on file.I clean after myself before leaving, and a basic sheet wash and vacuum costs $50 to clean and claiming it was filled with pee and **** everywhere?I received a text message from my card bank stating there was a attempted $250 charge on my card and it was declined, charges from the same location at the same time they were charging the pet fees.Also to know later I was on the Do No Rent list.I believe it was because she was YELLING at me for no reason on the phone and I hanged up on the rude disrespectful jealous manager on ******* she was always flirting and being friendly with only male guest, male workers, and her friends and giving evil eye and dirty evil stare to guest scaring guest from further booking with the Sonesta Properties or Americas Best Value ************ in the ***********, ** location.The property needs to be check for heaters not being turned on for guests and inspection on management activities. All other employees are wonderful its too bad Im blocked from booking.

    The housekeeper is the one that informed the front desk of the pee and p*** all over the room and also she had to take out many bags of p*** pellets. The room per what the housekeeper said, was disastrous and kitty litter, even in the bathtub and p*** & pee in the bathtub also. No, we do not keep food items in storage as that is against Health Regulations. This guest was informed that they may come back to get the items that they forgot before the room was cleaned. Yes, UPPER MANAGEMENT said to charge the credit card because of the damages done in the room and the deep cleaning that needed to be done. The room had to be shampooed 2x because of the pee smell. There is a sign that states that there is $100.00 damage deposit required for incidentals right at the front desk on the wall for everyone to see. Yes, UPPER MANAGEMENT informed the front desk to add this guest to the "DO NOT RENT EVER" list due to the damages in the room. Yes, the cameras are reviewed occasionally throughout the day to insure that all guest's and employee's are safe, it is not to spy on guests. I do not ever remember talking firmly is yelling, if people spoke as softly as this guest does nothing would ever get accomplished.

    Rooms are not as advertised! The whole hotel smelled of pot and crack! Our room was very nasty and gross! Carpet stunk and was wet. Beds were not clean! The toilet wasnt functioning properly. And the tub didnt drain! We were refused a refund! This place is nothing short of a crack house! People beware of this place!

    Disrespectful,Racist, Nasty, RUDE worker DO NOT STAY PAY THE EXTRA MONEY GO ANYWHERE THAN HERE. Maybe even sleeping in your car. Pool had tampons floating. Dirty floors.cat **** floor scent . And refund is not a option this is the grossest place to stay.Nasty RUDE GROSS HOTEL! We were lied to about breakfast and me and my kids once I inquired about the breakfast This nasty employee white older lady grey hair EVERYWHERE HAD THE ***** TO YELL AT US FOR ASKING ABOUT WHERE THE BREAKFAST WAS AND WE WERE YELLED AT DISRESPECTFULLY theres no breakfast only donuts and coffee that she hasnt put out in a rude tone. Then had argumentative attitude rude racist vibe saying racist slurs about her black employees I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE OVER THISPriceline this hotel description is not as you have it listed Im VERY UPSET I WANT A REFUND!! Trash everywhere unclean room/hotel stinks bad I have pics! ??????????

    Dear Guest, All of the statements that you are claiming are false and untrue. Our pool is not even currently open so how can that statement be true. Yes, there are Muffins, Danish's and Granola bars from 7 am to 11 am and coffee is available 24 hours a day. As far as the refund, it is Priceline's Cancellation Policy ~ Cancellation Policy:ZH24:Cancel reservation 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night stay plus tax. No-Show Fee- 1 night stay + tx. Have A Good Day.
