    I purchased a used ****** clarinet from this business for $895, in 10/18/2019. I was not allowed to rent in monthly installments $32.29/mo until paid off; but after a short trial basis; had to pay the whole amount off. I recently asked him, today, (he's in the business office alone) to upgrade some defects in the horn, namely, that it squeaks on a certain note with consistency, He jerked the drawers opened when I ask nicely but had to many times with impatience cuz he wasn't honoring my request; to see the color of the corks to replace the old ones that I thought were moldy & old, & possibly causing the squeaks from air leaks; ect to see what colors the new ones were.I asked if I could sit down in a chair to talk to him about the horn more thoroughly & calm down by resting in a chair; & he said " no "whatever that meant, in other words, I don't get his phone. I found out that he had not put in any of his own repair time but resold the used horn to me with a clear profit; couldn't really retell the story asking for more details, this caused him to get madder.I left the store & got in my car & drove home. He then sexually harassed me & said I needed to have *** soon, like this wknd; &, at the same time, totally disregarded my requests to change few pads & then I was going to upgrade my ligature & buy a new one when the horn is being done repaired; which is more business profit for him. I have bought many reeds from this business over the past several years.I am bringing this man ************* treats women with disrespect; don't think I'll go back to his office alone but will try & get someone to come with me when I pay for this repair.
