    100% THE TRUTH
    I brought my work van there for an oil change and top off other fluids if need be. A worker asks me did you just get your transmission fluid changed? I said no...he replied it's the cleanest I've ever seen.
    Well that meant none in it. My transmission goes out. I called Scott the owner he blamed my van? He did NOTHING about it. One of my customers brought his truck there they drained the oil BUT put none in it. He lost a motor.
    He also likes to hide feedback so keep looking there is plenty of negative reviews. SO BEWARE!!!

    The service visit on your 1999 Dodge B3500 van with ******* miles you are reviewing about occured on 6/16/2021 Inv # ****** and you originally contacted us on 10/26/2021 around 2 PM which is over 4 months after the service was completed. I followed up with you at 3:30 pm on 10/26/2021 to go over our camera footage findings and offered you to come in and view the footage but you insistantly declined. We also spoke in 2023 when you called again raising the same concerns years later and I had the same response as I do now.

    1. We do not charge extra to have the fluids topped off.

    2. As per our video footage of your service and at the check out counter that conversation about the transmission fluid never occured.

    3. In the 12 years I have ran this business and over ******* oil changes our staff has made mistakes and we have replaced 4 engines without question.

    4. We stand behind our work and have not been involved in any court cases or "payment plans" as you have stated so that is false information.

    5. There is no possible way to hide reviews either positive or negative on any platform so please again, stop stating false information.
