      Terrible Experience with Kuefler Properties Itasca Apartments I applied for housing at ***************** in ***********, expecting to find support from what is supposed to be ********** housing for people in need. Instead, I was denied housing because of too much credit card debt, despite being disabled, unable to work, and currently relying on government general assistance and SNAP benefits. I have three children and am a single father desperately trying to provide a home for my family.When I spoke to ******* from Kuefler Properties, she was rude and unprofessional. Rather than offering understanding or help, she began listing off every individual credit card I have and demanded I pay them before I could be approved. This kind of treatment is not only insensitive but completely unacceptable for a company that claims to provide housing assistance to vulnerable people.If you are disabled or facing financial hardship, I would strongly advise you to think twice before applying here. This is supposed to be ********** housing, yet they show zero compassion or flexibility for people in tough situations. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by their lack of empathy and professionalism.
