    Totally unreliable and unprofessional. We will NEVER use this company again. The driver did not arrive for a pre-arranged medical appointment pickup. The ride was arranged seven days in advance. When called to see what the delay was, the worker proceeded to lie and say that he tried to call but that the line was busy. This claim was an outright lie. The patient missed her medical appointment and as a result, all subsequent appointments through the month of October had to be changed. The inconvenience caused by this worthless company will last for months as the prior set scheduling will now occur at times that conflict with work availability. ********** Transportation does not deserve anyone's business. If zero stars was an option, I would choose it. It is a poor excuse for a transportation company.
