    Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend to anyone! Our furnace had been giving us troubles for a couple months during the coldest winter weather. During one of these cold times, went out and we struggled to get it restarted. So we called Opies and they came out. Their answer was that it was the "wind" and our piping system that was the cause, but that he opened "something up" so we should be all good for the rest of the winter. So we paid the $119 and he left. Not 5 hours later, our furnace quit working again. Upon calling, we were bluntly told there was nothing they could do. But we could pay another $119 and they could come look at it again. SERIOUSLY!?!? Needless to say, we didn't do that. We called another company who quickly came out and found that we needed a new flame sensor and quickly installed that. And voila! No problems at all! They couldn't believe that Opies didn't even check it, because it showed so much wear and dirtiness on the it. ****** learned, NEVER go with Opies. They just want your money!

    Had a carbon monoxide leak. On Christmas Eve afternoon. They're the only ones that came out. And shut down my heater. Showed me the cracks. And sold me a new heater. And installed it. Five days later. Which is tough to do that quick during the holidays. Everybody in the office and all the workers were very polite and professional. They went above and beyond helping me. Would definitely use over anybody else.
