    The front desk lady lied to my face about out-of-network costs with my insurance company.This was my first and last time going here. When I arrived, as a new patient I needed to get setup. I showed them my ***************** at which point she told me they are out of network, but quite a few people with that insurance go here and the cost is roughly the same as in-network. She then proceeded to tell me that several people from your company go here so there is nothing to worry about.After finishing my cleaning, I went out to pay and the lady I talked to was gone and new lady told me that only 50% was covered and that my cost for the visit was 10x more than in-network.This blatant lying to new customers should not be a legal practice.
