I would recommend Reliable Garage Door Co. to anyone. Top notch, came out today for warranty work on my springs. Replaced them no questions asked. Gerald did the work, you could tell that he really knew what he was doing. Awesome work,Great guy. Will be using them again in the future. Thank You

Bryan B came out at the time he said he’d be there and tuned up my door, put on some new rollers , reinforced the brackets and put in new eyes. Works fantastic again, well worth the $$ . Top notch professional service.

I called RGD about a problem with an install they'd done for me (like 1 1/2 years ago). I called on a Sunday, figuring I'd be first in voicemail line for Monday. Actually, someone picked up. I explained the deal, he said I can get a guy out oh...how's today for you?
The tech came out, saw & showed me the problem. It was really a problem with my garage as much as with the opener they'd put in. He fixed the problem, fixed my garage, did the whole thing under warrantee.

We had a package delivered to us on a Sunday, and the driver stopped in our driveway to drop off the package. He exited his vehicle and unfortunately left his car in drive and the car rolled into our garage door damaging it. When I called Reliable Garage Door to see if they could fix it enough so I could get it opened for my wife to go to work on Monday morning. Reliable sent a repair man to temporarily get the door open and functional til we could get it replaced. The service man was very pleasant and did a great job. I was able to get insurance coverage to replace the door and a few weeks later Reliable Garage Door called and said the door was in and available for installation. Cody was our service tech and did a great job on the new door installation. In just a few short hours he had the old door off and the new door on and working well. Everyone I talked to and dealt with at Reliable from the service guys to Sue in the office did a great job and I couldn't thank them enough or think of a better company to recommend to anyone who needs a garage door installed or repaired. We had a garage door opener that went on the blink after 17 years. Mike from Reliable came over and gave us several options for replacement and what he thought would be the best fit for a reasonable price. Mike was very courteous and professional. Did a great job on the install and made sure all of our vehicles were programmed to work along with the other remotes. Very happy with their service. Would Highly recommend!Reliable Garage Door, Inc.

I discovered that my garage door opener failed on a Saturday around noon which also happened to be the day before New Year’s Eve. After calling another company that couldn’t come out until after the holiday, I called Reliable. Much to my surprise, they were able to send someone out that same afternoon. Justin arrived within a couple of hours. He assessed the situation including the cable, rollers, track (all of which I knew were in rough shape) along with the opener. He was great to work with and gave me options to consider. I decided to go with the a new opener along with his other recommendations. Justin did great work and I’m glad to get the garage door repairs done that I was going to have to deal with next summer.

I am a very critical person when it comes to businesses and the services they offer.
Having said that, I am pleased to say that Reliable Garage Door is one of the best, if not the best, I've ever worked with.
I contacted many garage door companies and Reliable was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. My initial contact was with Sue who proved to be as knowledgeable as the others I worked with at Reliable and made sure I was comparing apples to apples when it came to selecting the proper door with the proper "wind loading" which none of the other companies mentioned and if I asked about it, it was an extra cost item even though it is required by code.
My next contact was with Jake who did the measurements and "sealed the deal" with me. Jake was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
My last contact was with Andrew, my installer. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing.
Lastly, all of this great service came with a price that beat all of the other companies I contacted.
I highly recommend Reliable Garage Door to anyone looking for any type of garage door service.Reliable Garage Door, Inc.

A technician named Gerald ******* came and serviced my garage door this morning. He's professional, cor and really knew his craft.
