    Our spa was delivered yesterday- the guys did an awesome job wheeling it and positioning in our backyard. The team was very nice to work with! Planning to fill the tub today and enjoying the benefits later tonight

    So far we have nothing but amazing things to say about Master ******** in **! We received our Trainer 15D trainer in less than 2 weeks (vs 6-8) because another customer was not ready for delivery. Everyone from our sales rep to the crane operator, to the Master Spa delivery employees were polite, informative and always willing to answer our questions. And they took great care to make sure our property wasnt affected by the delivery which we appreciated cuz - hey ya never know what a crane might do! We also had questions after the sale and called our **** ******* multiple times and he was always helpful and informative and put our minds at ease!

    Our swim spa was delivered today and he did an exceptional job. He was very knowledgeable about the operation of the spa. We havent had time yet to get it going. If everyone at Master Spa is has nice and hard working as our delivery guy Im sure we will have no problems with our swim spa and if we do Im sure they will be there for us. Will let you know more later how awesome it is once we get electric hooked up and water in it.

    They sell what are very expensive products for the average person and in my opinion don't provide the level of service matching the price. I know Amazon is going to deliver something on a given date but the best Master Spa can do is **** weeks and communication isn't very responsive. Plus they aren't able to help with the site prep.They only focus on the sale and heads down manufacturing of the product. I realize they don't have a ton of competition but would love to see investment in customer communication first and foremost and secondly building relationships with concrete and electrical contractors in the local areas. I would buy from them again but the experience could be so much better.

    We are sorry you feel this way, We offer great products with good discounts. We are in the hot tub and swim spa business, not landscaping and electrical. We do have cards from contractors we pass along but do not refer any one particular company or push people a certain direction when it comes to contractors as we cannot be responsible for their schedules, workmanship nor responsiveness. We feel like we been in good communication with you along the way as your spa was being produced, arranged the crane for you and got it placed in your back yard quickly and safely. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your swim spa for years to come!
