They are among the worst Management Companies I've dealt with - considering they are supposed to be 'managing' the property - they don't communicate effectively at all. They send out 'nonsense' emails in response (when they do respond which is about 10% of the time) to requests made - via their portal which they always say to use, rather than direct email. I understand having by-laws and rules which need to be followed - however, THEY are the ones who also need to follow some commonsense rules. If a customer (homeowner) contacts you through the portal as you request, you should at least have the decency or be 'tech savvy' enough to have at least an 'auto response' go out to the customer saying that you received their request and are working on it - or something. But all we EVER get is 'crickets' - for 90% of the requests we put in. We're not frivolous homeowners, we have legitimate concerns and if we can't directly email/call our board members to ask about issues and must go through you to send it to the right board member, then DO YOUR JOB and get things moving. IF I COULD I'D LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS.

Not good they raise the dues and it's always because of insurance??? This is there usual answer. So tired of that. These places are 40 + years old and I think they should have better funding in there account. I don't really see them do much but now and snow removal and a few trees taken done? They dented my garage door last winter and no one wants to fix it.

This homeowner unfortunately does not have an understanding of how their association operates. The people that raise the monthly assessments are the board of directors, not New Concepts the management company. The assessment is to pay for services that the homeowners are responsible for and receive from their association. It is true that costs to run the association go up, with insurance being one of the largest costs for all HOAs in the last few years. I am sure that the association board would be glad to have the help of this homeowner in working with them in finding the best cost solutions for their property.

Company just took over North Park on Oct 1. I was sent to legal for non payment of Hoa 11/3. The bylaws states I have to be 60 days past due. HOA is not late until the 11th of the month. Therefore, they blocked me from making a payment online and sent my info to a legal team in which I never received a notice from them either. This company do not return phone calls nor emails. The transition to this company is horrible.

Yes, we did recently begin managing this property as of Nov. this year, however, the amount that ****************** is in debt to her association goes back prior to ** managing this property. After a homeowner's account gets delinquent to a certain amount, they are not able to make partial payments, they need to talk and work something out with the association's attorney. We strongly encourage ****************** to do so immediately, and I am confident the homeowner would be able to work out a payment plan if they cannot pay the entire back amount all at once.

I think this management group is trash. They are trying to make homeowners with aluminum wiring replace it with copper wiring within 30 days from their notice with the price tag up to $27,000. How does anyone just have that money sitting around and what company can do that job within that time frame? If we don't comply, they will get their own contractor and over charge for the project!! They don't enforce any rules within our community and I am feeling very frustrated!!

New Concepts cares Nothing about the property's they are supposed to manage, but will Harass you if you are even a day late with your association dues. The biggest complaint is that they Refuse to answer your phone calls and I have even had to drive there in person to speak to a human being and it is a 25 minute drive. I did read reviews on New Concepts and many people have the same experience with them as I have had & I even made them aware of this (spoke to Anthony/Tony) in person and told him this only to have him blow it off by saying "People only give the negative feedback" I would love to have some positive feedback about them. Brian Sneltes is the worst when it comes to returning calls and that's if he Ever returns them. Whoever owns this company really needs to look into the people that they are paying that are supposed to be running this business. I Hate dealing with New Concepts.

We would like to give clarification on ****************** claims. When she refers to "being harassed" she is referring to receiving a monthly statement from us. When she states "They refuse to answer their phone" she means no one was available to talk to her at the moment she called. The fact she knows some of our staff by name would indicate she has spoken to our staff and she is not being ignored. Lastly, the one concern she had about a payment she sent that crossed in the mail with the association's policy on charging a late fee. When she made the request, I understand that the charge was removed.Sincerely,************************* - President *** Concepts Management.

Worthless in winter. We pay them ever rising fees and snow removal grows worse each year. Every time a have to shovel my own driveway I ask myself “What am I paying for again?” I don’t even mind doing it that much. It’s good exercise and my driveway is short but the cul de sac from the driveway to the street is their responsibility as well. That is too large for me to clear. Some type of allowance needs to be made for those of use whose driveways don’t reach the street.
