The owner, *****, has decided he doesn't like how banks release money and started messing with his payroll leading to many paychecks being late. He pays through Venmo when this happens (you cannot change the way paychecks are dispersed without prior authorization and these can be considered gifts and not paychecks) or has at least one time, sent paychecks as handwritten checks (again, not valid) that nobody could cash because they were illegible. Now one of his employees wants to buy a house. After fighting with him for a very long time, he FINALLY sent the paystubs...turns out the paystubs do not match what he has been paying. He is not a good business owner and should not own a business. He has blatant disregard for employees and their well being.*****, his employee, likes to walk around calling everything trashy and likes to call the employees (at their busiest self wash location) lazy where they are able to hear this. They are horrible owners and management. They need to look for different employment. I am the original store manager for the Meridian, ***** location. I left on good terms, but my stepdaughter is being affected by this. ***** likes passive aggressive revenge. This is here to help with a timeline and to help protect my stepdaughter and her coworkers in case he decides to fire anyone because he is unable to pay them.

This review is from a disgruntled employee and is not true in any form. We believe in taking great care of all of our team members and create a great work setting.
