  Matt came out to clean my vents he did a walk through first and gave me a quote on vents and furnace explaining everything and made sure I was ok with it. Matt removed his shoes and cleaned up when he was done. I was shocked by the amount if dirt and dog hair( that didn’t belong to my dogs) that he cleaned out. My dryer vent well, that was just scary full. If you want a great job done ask for Matt

  Had a coupon for 10 vents cleaned for 75.00 plus free dryer vent cleaning. When they arrived they told me it would cost 750.00 for the basic job. I truly believe this is bait and switch.

  We have Maxine on the account that corresponds to this email address. Maybe that is where the disconnect comes in here. We absolutely do the first 10 vents 2 main trunk lines and a dryer vent cleaning for $75. You have 25 vents and 3 trunk lines in a 25 year old home that has never been previously cleaned which means we would need to cut 2 access panels in your main lines. Our quote was $498 before tax. The quote was sent to your email at 1:46 yesterday afternoon. We don’t think you will be able to find a reputable company in this city to clean it for less than that. Our pricing is very reasonable. We didn’t charge you a dollar to come out and quote the project. If you have any more questions comments or concerns please give our office a call. Thank you.

  Travis did a great job cleaning my carpets. Especially the carpet downstairs with animal urine and foot traffic. He enjoyed the cats despite the damage they had done to the carpet.
  He completed the cleaning in about an hour & half and was right on time.
  I will use Twin Cities Finest again.

  We had our carpet cleaned Nov 16th. The cleaning was satisfactory but damage was done to the wood along the sides of the stairway on every step. I noticed it and called the company the following day. On the 18th, a gentleman came out to take pictures and was told their "***************" would call me in the next few days. No call came. I called the cleaner on the 25th and was told someone would get back to me the same day. No call was received that day. I called on the 28th and was told I would receive a call....no call. On the 29th received a call telling us their "***************" was too busy. Was told to get it fixed ourselves and have the bill sent to them. Not acceptable response!! This is not OUR responsibility to take care of the damage THEY did to our home. I called on Dec 2nd and was told someone would get back to me on the 5th.....no call back yet. I would not recommend this company....the cleaning was good but their customer service is lacking. In my opinion, good customer service is what will make or break a company.

  Our (old) carpet) looks great. Technician got out a troublesome spot. However, the way we were treated was awful. Technician INSISTED we needed to purchase a "deep cleaning" add-on to ensure spots came out and carpet pathways were fluffed up. We're elderly, no pets, and our carpet was not particularly dirty. A company should not have a "special" that doesn't get normal dirt out w/o the customer having to pay extra. And one No to the upselling should be sufficient. He just would not give up.Technician moved the couch to clean under it, and supposedly put it back in the same spot - but it definitely was not. He was by his truck to leave when I caught him and told him it wasn't in the right place. ***** has a bad back, and I saw no reason for him to have to move it later. Technician, while still in the driveway, was adamantly insisting that he'd put the couch back exactly where it had been. He said he would come in and move it "where I wanted it," but kept repeating that I was wrong and he was right. I said that when he came the couch was against the wrought-iron railing, we were unable to get behind it to access the outlet, and now it was several inches away from the railing. He said he went by a dent in the carpet where the couch leg had been. I told him that was probably from the previous way it had been setting, but we'd rearranged things. He didnt listen but kept loudly talking over me, saying he was right and I was wrong - like I dont know where stuff is in my own house? And then he had the audacity to (loudly) call me rude for raising my voice to HIM. He seemed unable to admit he could be mistaken, shut up and just move the *******************. When ***** showed up, technician shoved the couch a ways and said, Is that good? I just walked off. Its still not in the right spot, and someone will need to move it further.We will certainly never call them again. There are companies who can get carpets clean and don't try to steamroll their customers as well.

  I have a townhome and have had Marty here on 4 occasions. His work is always top notch and his provides honest assessment of what he can do as well as tasks which are beyond restoration.
  Marty is pleasant and very dependable. I will continue to engage Twin Cities Finest and will continue to request Marty to manage our carpet cleaning needs. I'd recommend him to others.

  ****** showed up right on time, gave me detailed pricing with best options for solving a pet urine issue. I wasn't quite prepared and he even helped me move some furniture. He was thorough and efficient. I have saved his contact information in my phone for future carpet cleaning. I highly recommend ****** at Twin Cities Finest.
