    I asked for alternator replacement because battery dips when comes to stops. This still is occuring and I thought the quote included my alternator replacement considering, the battery did not need be replaced, I have warranty and the batteries plus confirmation, you try to up cost me when I don't have the funds. The problem still is on going and I feel a refund for not fixing the initial quoted issue is only fair considering poor communication non professional in informing me as whats going exactly disconnected power supply hardwired and causing me headaches as they didn't let me know and the battery they replaced costing $300 when my battery is good isn't doing my pockets any help, I told them the battery was good too. I thought more highly of this company in past they have been better. Additional they offer military discount it's on there website when I asked he just said oh they are doing that again and never applied. I have to bring the van to a shop that can fix my issue with the battery power dipping on stops still.

    *********** brought his van in for a starting and charging check, because he was having trouble starting it.  We tested everything and the battery tested bad, however the alternator passed. We found there was a power issue between the battery and alternator. He had all sorts of adapters and stuff on the battery cables. It's a ******* conversion Van.We replaced the wiring and battery and everything tested fine. We had the vehicle here for a couple days. We told him about the battery, and he was ok with replacing it and he kept the old one to get his refund. We let it run and drove it and had no more loss of power and no start issues. So, we told him it was ready to go.  He came and picked it up and never heard from him again until he left us a bad review. Then our manager started reaching out to him to have him bring the van back or anything we could do to help him out. He never would answer their phone calls or return them. Our manager also texted him through Tek metric (our POS System) which he did not answer either. We still have the digital inspection showing the battery not passing and saying it should be replaced and also the test from the alternator with pictures of the some of the cables. In the end, we attempted to reach out and help and make things right but were unable to.
