Any unused advanced payment of fees (retainers, subscriptions) will be refunded upon termination of relationship by either party within as reasonable time possible by LFC. This will be based on the rate per hour charged to the client during the business relationship for the hours remaining on the retainer or subscription.
All other hours earned and billed by LFC for which payment has been received, are not subject to refund.
