**** built ********** this December. He was easy to work with, idid an excellent job and is not expensive. He built the whole thing, framing, siding and roofing in about a week. We highly recommend him. He is accomplished and professional.

Not a good experience. Cheap materials. He will try to over yell you to win the argument. He installed the wrong windows (one was broken) and refused to fix it. He refused to pick up nails (I collected 160) in the yard. He refused to clean up concrete debris from the yard. He took down the neighbor's fence and left the dog unprotected and stated it wasn't his job to protect the dog. Cost me extra time to build a fence to keep him safe. Kept asking to use my tools. His subs will try to pass of poor materials as well. Demo guy brought in rubble for the base material instead of class-5 aggregate. I rejected it and told them to get class-5. Concrete guys refused to continue curing concrete after pour with either curing compound or wet-cure. **** brought out materials for an 8' wall when I requested 9'. He yelled and yelled that we should follow the contract. Then I showed him his handwriting in the contract stating 9' walls. I would strongly recommend avoiding him and paying a little more. He will try to nickel/dime you on extras. His electrical sub was good. If you do decide to go with him, let me know and I can review your contract so that he doesn't try to do anything like my experience.

I competely disagree with the homeowner. The windows were the ones he wanted and one was defected. The warranty team came out and replace it. I pick up all t6he nails i can see on e3very garage I build. I had to take down a 5' fence in order to build garage and home owner put up a temporary fence. I ask to use one tool because I forgot at home. There was some organic material in the class 5 so my sub took it away and brought more in. The 9' wall was hand written and I didn't see it on contract. I fixed the mistake and built garage per code. It turned out great5.
