We have had the flue for our wood stove cleaned a few times by Able Chimney Sweeps. They have always done a great job and the sweeps have been thorough, informative, and easy to talk with. Each time they have expresses concerns about the state of the brick work on the chimney. This last time it was apparent that the brick work needed replacement from the roof line up. We arranged that with Lance. The crew that did that work were great and they did a wonderful job. Michael was the lead and he and all of them were pleasant and professional. They answered any questions and worked consistently each day until the job was completed. The chimney looks great. Thank you all for the great work.

Able was great to work with. I wanted my chimney inspected and cleaned. They explained what service they provide and had a fair price for their work. Simon was on time, and answered all my questions. He was personable and professional. He showed me what he found in my chimney from a camera view and reviewed what he saw. It was great. I am confident in using my fireplace knowing it was inspected and maintained properly. Able went above and beyond to get the job done. We needed some fireplace repairs done and new fireplace doors installed. Able was the only company willing to talk through options and help solve the problem. Other companies all recommended full replacement of the fireplace (at a cost of $thousands). In the end, Able found a way to make the repair at a very fair price AND agreed to install new fireplace doors when no one else would.
The customer service folks at Able were great. Always ready to respond to texts and phone calls. Never left me wondering what was going on. Then the actual repair team was even better. Arrived on time with a call in advance. Stayed to work through a tricky install issue and got the job done. Just top notch attention to quality from start to finish.
