    Have done business at HOC for many years; after the original owner retired this business has become the "House of Horrors"; will never recommend this business to others or return 4 these reasons:Customer service: I brought clock in 4 repairs; paid $200; warranty was included. Returned clock on Mar 7th 4 a re- chk since it was not keeping reliable time. Waited patiently 4 many months; frankly, I was beginning to think that I would never see the clock again; figured it had been repaired & sold.Communication: Clerk never informed me of the extended wait time when I first brought the clock in on Mar 7th; Had I known the service would involve many months, I would not have left the clock. No 1 called me at any time 2 let me know the status of the clock - was it checked, what was wrong, what work would be needed, was it being repaired, associated costs, etc. I called on March 27 & was told I needed 2 wait; stopped by the store a month later on April 23rd & told again 2 wait. Finally, picked clock up today, June 4th even though the clock had not been repaired. Totally disgusted with the very poor ************** of communication. Business etiquette: Clerk at front desk has very abrasive manner; sassy and downright confrontational with customers; must be related 2 the owner because the toxic demeanor displayed would not permit this person 2 keep a job in another setting.
