    Bought a adjustable compression support with stabilizers knee brace. Had it less then a year and the zelcro won't stick anymore. Cleaned pre directions no change of zelcro.

    I bought a filtrete air purifier (3M) from *******, it lasted about 2 years (very limited usage) then stopped working. I went through trouble shooting procedures, then called 3M. I was told it could be the fuse in the plug and they would send me one, they didn't. I called back and was told they don't have any. I picked the fuses up but the purifier was still dead. In 2023 I bought two replacement filters. I never got to use them. I called 3M, and they said to send the receipts and they would reimburse me. They sent reimbursement for one filter and told me after ******* went out of their way to find the receipt that since it was over one year they would not reimburse for the second filter. Crappy product, cheap dishonest company.

    3M should be shut down and any $ remaining in the company should be used for cleaning up the devastating harm they knowingly caused. **********************************************************************************

    DO BOT USE THE COMMAND STRIPS AS THEY WILL TAKE Paint off wall . I had one that was holding a small canvas. The hook fell off but I didnt get around to removing ********* for a couple weeks. When I did it took the paint right off the wall!Got some excuse about.m it should t have been used for canvas; but that wasnt the problem. It took paint off wall when nothing was attached hes to it! HORRIBLE AND COSTLY TO REPAINT!!!!

    To begin, a $1900 respirator was bought. A specific part failed under warranty. 3m resolved. It brok again. It took 2 weeks with me calling at least 3/4 days per week and emailing departments to finally get a woman named ******* to help. She immediately emailed me a label and my part was on its way to 3m within a few hours. That was End of Oct? Maybe beginning of Nov. .since then its been a rat race. I have been emailing , calling, emailing , calling ( you get it ) and the answers when I call are so generic. Usually Not our department, let me give you the number you need .Well, no **** is the **** and my emails say the techs are working on it. .. thats it? That is my experience.. so since Christmas is coming up, we are going to buy another part so congratulations to 3 AM for what little support you gave me and unfortunately theres no other company that makes this product or I would go elsewhere you are overrated
