    Contacting me on my personal phone requesting to be part of their fundraising for schools. They should not have my personal phone number, accessing my personal phone number and sending me messages to my work email at school. This is inappropriate and wrong. They have no home office to contact to make this stop.

    I would like to thank you for reaching out and flagging our outreach.  While we tremendous pride in what we do here at Schoolfundr - providing free fundraising tools for school communities so that students can raise more funds with less work, and keep 100% of the funds raised so that the students can reach their full potential.  As an educator, I hope you can appreciate that mission. 

    We do cold outreach out a database we have sourced from Coach's Directory by ******************* to help spread the world of our mission and product.  I see that our team reached out a few times to your work email and phone.  We often find that people miss our first messages, and so run a multi-day sequence to reach back out to try and find time to connect.  We take great efforts to include an unsubscribe link to our emails in each email, and are sure to take anyone who requests off our mailing list.

    I have personally looked into this case and see that you have been unsubscribed from all future communication. You will not get additional outreach from us again.  

    I am sorry that we caused you an inconvenience and called you on your cell phone.  I am also saddened to hear you were not able to find our company direct line.  We have made efforts to make this information readily accessible on our website on the homepage, Contact Us, and About Us pages.  You can always reach us on our main line at ***************

    I know this doesn't solve the trouble we have caused, but hope you can appreciate that we will not reach out again and we do in fact take respecting prospects time and information seriously.
