      After getting their rep (who is the manager of the company) onto our site to evaluate a remodel job, I was promised an update and estimate within a month. That month turned into two, three... Every time I checked in, I was told the estimate was forthcoming, and then another month would go by. Five months later, they just stopped responding at all. They never even confirmed they were dropping the job.
      Contacting North Star achieved nothing other than set us back six months in our project. I would never recommend them to anyone for anything.
