      I ordered $170 dollars worth of products from them and two of the larger items were missing from the box. When I reached out to them they told me their team put them in and weighed them to file a claim with ****** When I tried to do that ***** required a waiver from sigma and sigma said they cant do that since the package wasnt missing and I need to file a claim with my credit card. The box wasnt tampered with someone in their factory/warehouse obviously messed up! They have horrible customer service and I wont order directly from them again!!
