      Several years ago I had Sun Control come out and put 3M security film on all my ground level windows. I got great service and quick response times. Two weeks ago I had new patio doors installed on my house and called Sun Control to come out and put the same 3M security film on my new doors as was placed on my windows. At first I kept getting voice mails and kept leaving messages. No one called me back so I tried at a different time and got a hold of a human being. I explained the situation and was transferred to one of the "Business Owners," with whom I had to leave another voice mail. No one ever called me back. I called Sun Control almost every day for a week and was transferred to one of the "Business Owners" voicemails and no one ever called me back! Finally someone did call me back at an inconvenient time and left a message about setting up a service call, but didn't leave a name so I had no idea who to ask for when I did call back. Once again, I got transferred to a voice mail, left a message, and no one called me back! If I knew of another business in the area who did this service, I'd take my business elsewhere, but I feel I have no choice but to stick with Sun Control.
